We make use of software systems to monitor the transcription cycle, the quality of the reports and M.T's productivity. We thoroughly understand the clients need to have error free reports and we are committed to providing the highest levels of accuracy in every document that we transcribe.

We follow standards established by the AAMT to ensure high accuracy rates.

People - A high percentage of our Transcriptionists are educated professionals who are graduates in Science. We have qualified doctors who head our Quality Control team.

Training - We provide in-house, on-the-job training to all employees.
